Way to go North Valley Bank
North Valley Bank held an internal raffle recently in support of Bosco. The prize was two Safari Transport Passes to the Wilds in Cumberland, Ohio. All proceeds will be donated to Bucks for Bosco. Plans are being made to have additional fundraisers in the near future.
North Valley Bank was established in 1904 as The Bank of Corning Company. In 1998 the company officially became North Valley Bank. This change launched plans to break ground in South Zanesville which would become the new corporate headquarters. In 2000 the doors were officially opened for business. Today, North Valley offers three locations in Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan Counties.
Despite the changes and growth the bank has experienced, the founding principles still remain. North Valley Bank continues to be a locally owned, community-oriented bank dedicated to their customers. North Valley offers a unique experience for community banking. Providing a complete range of deposit accounts and lending services in a casual, professional, and cordial approach. Welcome to Bucks For Bosco.

This site was created to help the Zanesville Police Department K-9 unit, and the Brave officers shot in the line of duty on Aug. 23rd 2009. Officer Michael Schiele and his K-9 partner were both shot in the line of duty while trying to effect an arrest of a subject wanted on a warrant, as officer Schiele approached the suspect to effect the arrest the suspect started to fight Officer Schiele at this time Officer Schiele was able to hit the belt release to open the door and let Bosco his K-9 Partner Bosco out of the patrol vehicle, then the suspect pulled out a 9mm hand gun and opened fire on Bosco hitting him twice, as Bosco laid bleeding the suspect turned his gun on Officer Schiele and fired one shot hitting him as well. The suspect fled on foot as both Officers lay bleeding.
Though the suspect was caught and the events of that dreadful night are over for the community both officers are still trying to recover physically from the injuries they both sustained that night. This site was created to lend what support we can to both of our brave officers.
